LAPSIPERHEELLE HIRSITALO METSÄNREUNAAN
Nuori pariskunta, joka harrastaa paljon urheilua ja ulkoilua, oli ostanut rinnetontin Liedosta alueelta, joka oli äskettäin kaavoitettu omakotitaloille. Talopakettiyritysten kuvastoista ei löytynyt juuri sopivaa taloa, joten pariskunta toivoi rakennusta, joka sopisi tontille sekä ilmansuuntien, maaston korkeuserojen että saapumissuunnan osalta.
Osa naapurustosta oli jo rakennettu valmiiksi ja valittu tontti sijaitsi alueen rauhallisessa päädyssä, josta avautuvat pitkät maisemat peltojen ylitse länteen sekä pohjoisen ja idän puolella luonnonvaraiselle metsäalueelle.
Olohuoneesta toivottiin korkeaa tilaa ja yläkerran käytävästä avautuu näkymä olohuoneen lisäksi ulos avaran maiseman suuntaan.
Keittiö ja ruokailutila ovat avoimesti yhteydessä oleskelutilaan ja niistä pääsee helposti kulkemaan aurinkoiselle ja suojaiselle terassille.
Kodinhoitohuoneen piti olla riittävän iso, jotta urheiluvaatteet ja -tarvikkeet saadaan helposti pestyä ja kuivatettua. Makuuhuoneet ovat omassa rauhassaan ylemmässä kerroksessa.
Vanhempien makuuhuoneesta pääsee katetulle parvekkeelle, jossa on mukava rentoutua tai tehdä vaikka etätöitä kesäaikaan.
Pihasuunnittelija suunnitteli kaltevalle tontille viihtyisän ja kodikkaan puutarhan, johon kuuluu yrttipuutarha aivan keittiön vieressä sekä tuulensuojainen grillaus- ja leikkipaikka rinteeseen tehdyssä maastoleikkauksessa.
Sisältä on hyvät näkymät luontoon joka huoneesta ja lapsetkin ovat päässeet ihailemaan tontilla vierailleita peuroja, ilveksiä, kettuja ja jäniksiä lähietäisyydeltä lastenhuoneen ikkunoista.
A young couple who enjoy sports and outdoor activities had bought a hillside plot in Lieto, an area that had recently been zoned for detached houses. The catalogues of the house package companies did not find a suitable house, so the couple wanted a building that would suit the plot in terms of both the cardinal directions, the differences in terrain height and the direction of arrival.
Part of the neighbourhood had already been built and the chosen plot was located at the quiet end of the area, from which long views open up over the fields to the west and to the wild forest area to the north and east.
The living room was expected to be high and the upstairs hallway would have a view not only of the living room but also of the spacious landscape.
The kitchen and dining area are openly connected to the living room and have easy access to a sunny and sheltered terrace.
The utility room had to be large enough to easily wash and dry sports clothes and equipment. The bedrooms are on the upper floor in their own privacy. The parents' bedroom has access to a covered balcony, where it is nice to relax or work remotely in the summer.
The garden designer designed a cozy garden on the sloping plot, which includes an herb garden right next to the kitchen and a wind-protected barbecue and playground in a landscape cut into the slope.
Inside, there are good views of nature from every room, and the children have also been able to admire the deer, lynx, foxes and rabbits that have visited the plot at close range from the windows of the children's room.
